When will my package arrive?

All items are sent the same day by recorded delivery on orders places before 12pm ready for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispactched the following day, all panties are subject to a £2.50 postage charge with reductions for multiple orders, corsets and shoes are charged at £5.75 postage.

How will my package arrive?

Once we have received your panty fantasy we will seal them straight away and wrap them in a plain jiffy bag. All our packaging is discreet and annoymous nothing is viewable externally and it has no distinguishing marks.

How do I pay for my items?

We accept the following major credit/debit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Solo/Maestro. We also accept postal orders and cheques although cheques must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

Are my payment details secure?

All of our payments go through the most stringent proceedures we used trusted gateways to protect you our valued clients we do not store card or bank details and we do not pass on our customer details to any other party. Currently we are not accepting on-line orders though we intend to in future. All orders are presently taken by phone.

What will appear on my statement?

All transactions will simply appear as ds trading and nothing else.

Returns policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time and if goods have been dispatched return them to us un opened within 7 days of receipt. We operate a 'no quibble' returns policy if you are unhappy with your purchase please email or call us within 3 days to dicuss your order. Refunds are given if goods are unobtainable, faulty or damaged and an exchange will be offered, if a replacement is not available then a credit or refund will be issued, in the unlikely event you have received such an item and feel you need return it to us then send the item to the invoice address within your parcel, together with the receipt within 7 days of receiving your order, falliure to do so will result in an exchange only being offered.

Guarantee

We aim very high to guarantee your satisfaction, if any goods arrive in less than perfect condition you must notify us within 3 working days of receipt of your order however we at down right dirty do not take any responsibility arising from misuse, any problems arising from misuse, attempts to repair or extreme wear are not covered by our 'no quibble' guarantee. Returns must be sent back in its orignal packaging with your receipt and proof of purchase so please retain your receipt all goods must be returned via recorded delivery.
